제목 Synthesis of BiVO4 powder by hydrothermal method and its thermochromic property
초록 In this study, BiVO4 samples were synthesized by two-step process. In the first step, BiVO4 was synthesized from Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and NH4VO3 as starting materials on the doping of MgCl2 at 150℃, 180℃ and 200℃ in a teflon autoclave by hydrothermal method. In second step, samples were calcinated at N2 gas at 400℃, 500℃, 600℃ and 700℃ for various times in an electric furnace. The properties of samples were analyzed by the means of XRD, SEM, DSC and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
