Synthesis of Naphthalene derivative for Organic Thin-FilmTransistors |
| 초록 |
Naphthalene derivative was synthesized by a Suzuki coupling reaction. The obtained compound had good solubility due to its groups although the extended π-conjugated backbone structure. The thermal stability of the new material was analyzed by thermogravimetry analysis and differential scanning calorimeter thermograms. The optical and electrochemical properties were examined. A thin film of compound was fabricated by spin-coating and exhibited p-channel organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) transport. |
