Developing white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLED) is important to apply lighting and display field such as smartphone and television. Until now, the methods to realize WOLED are to use two-component systems composed of blue and yellow or three-component systems established by blue, green and red. In this work, we propose one-component system WOLED by dual emission from single emitter caused by intra- and intermolecular charge transfer (CT). We succeeded in implementing WOLED using each blue intramolecular CT and yellow intermolecular CT emission. |
