Fabrication of RGD immobilized polyaniline patterns via vapor phase polymerization-mediated inkjet printing for real-time detection of catecholamine |
초록 |
We fabricated polyaniline (PANi) patterns on flexible PET film for real-time detection of catecholamines from PC12 cells. PANi patterns were prepared by inkjet printing on PET film, and arginine–glycine–aspartate (RGD) peptide was then grafted onto the patterns to selectively adhere cells. PC12 cells were grown on the RGD–immobilized PANi patterns with high selectivity and focal adhesion properties. To monitor catecholamines released from PC12 cells, the pattern is further applied as real-time electrical signal detector. The system provided real-time and sensitive measurements of catecholamines from living cells. |
