제목 | Novel N-type Material of Electron Transport Layer for Efficient Organic Solar Cells |
초록 | Organic solar cells (OSCs) are attractive next-generation solar cell candidates owing to light weight and low-cost solution processability. Althougth OSCs have made considerable progress during the past few years, poor electron mobility and low stability are still problems due to energy mismatch of each layer. Especially, electron transport layer (ETL) is very sensitive to the film thickness and compatibility with active materials should also be considered. In this study, we designed and synthesized new naphthalene diimide (NDI)-based polymer. Thermal, photochemical stability and charge carrier mobility were increased by introducing NDI unit, and energy level was adjusted by copolymerizing with fluorene based donor unit. This new material could successfully overcome the disadvantages of OSCs mentioned above, achieving high PCE of OSCs. |
