Recently, various studies related with carbon-based perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have been introduced due to their stability on the ambient condition. However, there are still problems to be solved for long-term stable device with the high efficiency. One is the poor contact between carbon/perovskite layer and the other is permeation of moisture in the humid air through vacancy in the formed carbon layer. To solve these problems, we introduce a revolutionary approach method for improvement of interfacial contact and moisture resistance via fluorine vacuum plasma. The fluorine doped carbon-based PSCs exhibited excellent photovoltaic performances, showing 25 % improvement in efficiency when compared to untreated F devices (PCE = 14.9 %). Furthermore, the device exhibits excellent moisture resistance due to the synergistic effect of hydrophobic carbon and fluorine. After soaking in water for 1 minute, the efficiency was maintained at about 78 % compared to the existing efficiency. |
