Syntheses of triblock copolymers via ATRP with polyrotaxane macroinitiators |
| 초록 |
Polyrotaxane based triblock copolymers were synthesized by the formation of inclusion complex between poly(propylene glycol) and β-cyclodextrin as a macroinitiator followed by the polymerization reaction of 5'-O-itaconyl-AZT via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) under physiological conditions. The synthesized triblock copolymers were characterized and used to evaluate the potential applications in anti-HIV drugs. |
