제목 Amine grafted zeolite for simultaneous CO2 and H2S adsorption from sour gas
초록 The pretreatment for natural gas (NG), adsorption has been attracted as a promising means to purify NG with cost-effectivity, for instance, low costs of energy, installation and management. The purpose of this study is to the develop adsorbent for simultaneous adsorption of both CO2 and H2S gases, that can be used in the pretreatment system. In this study, the 13X was considered suitable for CO2 adsorption with relatively large molecular size due to superior pore volume than the LTA type Zeolites. To improve the performance, tertiary amine was grafted on the zeolite for capturing low concentration H2S. The adsorbent properties and abilities were assessed via TGA, BET, TPD and Lab-scale isotherm system.
