Effects of dip coating speed on capacitance of humidity sensor |
초록 |
PET fiber capacitor with opened PI layer was fabricated on PET monofilament which consists of polyimide layer for dielectrics and Al thin film for electrodes was used. Al thin film was deposited by RF magnetron sputtering for electrodes of both inside and outside and polyimide film was coated by using dipping. Also as varying the thickness of polyimide layer by changing the speed of dip-coating from 0.1mm/s to 1mm/s, capacitance was drastically changed with the humidity. With the thickness of PI layer, capacitance was measured in condition of %RH varying from 30 to 100 by using a HP 4284A. Also the repeated bending of humidity sensor on PET monofilament was performed to investigate the effect of bending. |
