제목 Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 thin film solar cells using precursors with symmetric stacking orders
초록 Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin films used in absorbers has been widely investigated for photovoltaic solar cells. CZTSSe thin films are produced by sputtering, evaporation and solution-based deposition methods. Among the above mentioned processes, sputtering technique offers reliable and uniform thin films, but CZTSSe thin films using stacked precursors are powerfully dependent on the stacking orders in the precursors. In this work, CZTSSe films were prepared on Mo coated glass substrates by annealing stacked precursors in selenium atmosphere. The precursors were deposited by RF/DC sputtering method, composed of Cu, SnS and ZnS layers with symmetric or sandwiched stacking orders. The effects of the stacking orders in the precursors on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of the CZTSSe films were investigated.
