제목 | Fabrication of CdSe quantum dot-sensitized solar cell by electrochemical surface modification method |
초록 | Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) are considered as technically and economically credible alternatives to conventional photovoltaic device. However, the DSSC couldn’t be commercialized until now. On the other hand the QDs have good advantages such as protecting degradation of solar lights and high quantum yield for solar lights. In this study, we firstly synthesized the CdSe QDs by aqueous synthesis using instable selenium precursor (NaHSe) as precursor. We also performed the coating of TiO2 film. Subsequently, we performed the electrochemical deposition of the diazonium salt and introduced the CdSe QDs. The surface characterization of CdSe QDs was characterized SEM, AFM, OM images, contact angle, FT-IR, and XPS analysis. The solar cell performance is in progress. |
