제목 | Highly Flexible, Transparent, and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Silver Nanowire/Nanocarbon Hybrid Conductor |
초록 | Flexible transparent electrodes have been widely used in a variety of future electronic devices and smart wearable devices such as photovoltaic, paper type displays and touch screens. More effective EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding is needed to prevent noise problems in these flexible smart electronic devices. At present, ITO used as a transparent shielding material is limited in flexibility, so silver nanowires (Ag NWs) having excellent flexibility and transparency are being studied as a substitute for ITO. However, since Ag NWs are also problematic in corrosion resistance, high corrosion resistance conductors such as nanocarbon –based materials (CNT, Graphene) and metal meshs are in constant demand. In this study, we report Ag-NW / Nano-carbon hybrid conducting films with high flexibility and high EMI shielding performance. |
