제목 Hydrophilic modification of polysulfone ultrafiltration membranes by surface treated silica nanoparticle
초록  Polyvinylpyrrolidone-g-silica, PVP-g-silica, were synthesized via coupling agent and then their blends with polysulfone (PSf) were used for the fabrication of ultra-filtration membranes having high hydrophilic properties. Ultrafiltration membranes were prepared from the blends of PSf and PVP-g-silica via phase inversion process, and then their performance was explored. PSf formed miscible blend with PVP-g-silica containing PVP-g-silica from 1 to 10wt%. Membranes prepared from the miscible blends of PSf and PVP-g-silica exhibited better performance in solute rejection and water flux than those prepared from PSf (or PSf/PVP blend). The effects of PVP-g-silica addition to the casting solution on the membrane performance were explored by analyzing membrane morphology and contact angle
