제목 입체선택적인 L-트레오-베타-벤질옥시아스팔틱 에시드의 합성
초록 Glutamate is a major excitatory neurotransmitter and its concentration should be maintained precisely. Aspartate derivatives have known as a glutamate transporter inhibitor and considered to be responsible to control the concentration of glutamate. L-threo-β-benzyloxyaspartic acid (L-TBOA) is one of aspartate derivatives and its stereoselective synthetic methods have been reported.
In this study, high stereoselective synthetic method for L-TBOA is introduced. By protecting α-amino aldehyde with N-hydroxymethyl group, stable α-amino aldehyde can be obtained. Then series of reactions to the stable α-amino aldehyde give threo-β-amino-α-hydroxy acid. Final O-benzylation presents L-TBOA.
