Recently, attention has been focused on the polyimide market. Polyimide is one of the super engineering plastics which have outstanding thermal, mechanical, and chemical stability. However, a common method used to reduce the yellow colour of polyimides could increase the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) and reduce the glass transition temperature. The problems mentioned above can be solved using a silane material. LPS belongs to the silane marterial which have comprised double-strand structure of siloxane. We used LPS containing phenyl and glycidyl group to solve the above problems. In this study, the LPS containing phenyl and glycidyl group with the different ratio of 6:4 was prepared by the hydrolysis and condensation reaction via sol-gel process. Polyimide(PI) was prepared from 4,4’-oxydianiline diamine and 6FDA which was them reacted by cross-linking reaction with glycidyl group of LPG64. Characteristics of PI containing LPS were analyzed by various analytical tools. |
