세라믹 Foam을 이용한 메탄올 수증기 개질반응 |
초록 |
Ceramic foam catalyst wash-coated with a commercial catalyst(CuO-ZnO/Al2O3) has been investigated in a reactor system for CH3OH steam reforming reaction. The ceramic foam catalytic substrate is prepared by the high temperature firing of polyurethane foam structure coated with ceramic slurry mixture. The present foam has characteristics of 10 pores per inch(PPI), internal surface area of 1m2 L-1, and pore diameter of about 2mm. The foam catalyst prepared in this work seems to be a promising catalytic substrate for reforming reaction in a fuel processor for fuel cell vehicle.
