ZnO/P3HT:PCBM-Based Inverted Organic Solar Cells: Flexible Hybrid Multi-Type Energy Harvesters |

Recently an inverted structure organic solar cell with nanostructured semiconductor oxides is extensively studied because the introduction of inorganic materials as electron transport path with high electron mobility is much desirable to provide pathways with the good ability to transport carriers from the polymer matrix to external electrodes. We will report the fabrication and performance of PCBM:P3HT-based inverted polymer solar cells with ZnO thin films and nanostructures prepared by aqueous solution, sol-gel and chemical vapor deposition methods. In addition, flexible hybrid multi-type energy harvesters based on photovoltaic and piezoelectric properties in the ZnO-based inverted polymer solar cells will be addressed. |
