제목 Optimization of hybrid solar cells using ZnO nanorod arrays
초록 We have fabricated hybrid metal oxide/conjugated polymer photovoltaic devices using ZnO nanorod arrays as the electron-transport layer. The infiltration of the polymer into the nanostructured metal oxide is critical for optimizing the performance of these hybrid devices with small rod-to-rod spacings. In this research, we report the effects of variations in ZnO nanorod arrays and annealing conditions on the performance of these solar cell devices.
