Very recently, perovskite solar cells (PrSCs) have attracted great attention in solar cell technologies due to their excellent photovoltaic properties such as long charge carrier diffusion length, high absorption coefficient and high power conversion efficiency. Despite the impressive advances in their power conversion efficiency now exceeding 22%, PrSCs still suffer several issues, which will hinder their commercialization. In progress, such problems should be overcome for their real commercialization. Here, a new composition-tailorable halide-perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3–xClx) employing a facile process (one-step anti-solvent solution processing with a 5-min annealing time at 100°C) through precursor engineering of ratio tuning of MAI:PbI2:PbCl2 was developed. As a result, the PrSC fabricated with the mole ratio of 1:0.8:0.2 of MAI:PbI2:PbCl2 as an optimized condition exhibits the highest efficiency over 20%. |
