제목 Effects of acrylo polysilsesquioxane on the heat resistance of the polymer films prepared from UV-curable acryl compounds   
초록 This study focuses on the fabrication of fluorinated polymer films with a goal of achieving sufficient thermal stability, optical clarity and a chemical resistance to withstand typical fabrication processing and operation conditions. To satisfy high thermal stability and chemical resistance, acrylo polysilsesquioxane was applied. Various compositions containing 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentyl acrylate, tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate, 3-(trimrthoxysilyl)propyl acrylate, Darocur 4265 and acrylo polysilsesquioxane were prepared and evaluated.
