| 초록 |
A series of PAL-PLX-PAL block copolymers showing reverse thermal gelation were synthesized. Aqueous solutions of thermogelling polymers undergo sol-to-gel transition as the temperature increases. Enzymatic degradation in in-vitro, and model protein drug release from the in-situ formed hydrogel were investigated. |
