제목 Comparison of Fire-resisteance Performance and Mechanical Property of Inorganic Fire-proof Fillers/Silicone Rubber Composite Contained Expandable Materials
초록 Fire-resistance silicone rubber silicone rubber (SR) composites, using fire-proof fillers as flame retardant have been prepared by a two-roll mill. Moreover, expandable materials were used as a synergist. In this work, the fire performance of a Wollastonite(W), Mineral wool(M), Inorganic fiber(I) Expanded vermiculite(EV) or Expandable graphite(EG) silicone rubber composites were investigated and analyzed for fire-resisteance performance and mechanical property. It was confirmed that EG/SR composites have better fire-resisteance performance than EV/SR composites through gas torch flame test, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). MF/SR composite that can be effectively dispersed in silicone rubber shows great mechanical properties through SEM, UTM.
