Release kinetics of Doxorubicin from heparin-based self-assembled nanoparticle system |
초록 |
Current anticancer drug therapy results in systemic side effects due to nonspecific uptake by normal healthy noncancerous tissues. Therefore, the altered biodistribution of these drugs has an important meaning not only to reduce the toxicity but also to improve therapeutic effects. A Novel heparin-based nanoparticle system composed of folate-conjugated heparin/poly(β-benzyl-L-aspartate) (FHP) amphiphilic copolymers was developed to achieve targeted drug delivery for chemotherapy.Doxorubicin(DOX)-loaded FHP nanoparticles with high drug-loading content and efficiency were prepared. The DOX-loaded FHP nanoparticles displayed pH-dependent sustained release kinetics. |
