제목 | Study on osteoblastic responses to PLCL-hyaluronic acid hybrid film |
초록 | In order to develop hard tissue substitutes, various polymeric materials are being using. PLCL is one of the new substances used for this purpose since PLCL is biodegradable and biocompatible. Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan rich in the region where cells are actively proliferating. It is the major component in skin, cartilage, and vitreous humour, hardest part of body. In this study, we investigated the effect of incorporation of hyaluronic acid in PLCL on osteoblastic responses including adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. Various analytical instruments including FE-SEM, EDX, FT-IR and goniometer were used to examine the physical and biological properties of the prepared films.
