제목 Influecne of ligand chain length on the optical properties of CdSe quantum dots
초록 CdSe quantum dots(QDs) were successfully synthesized by using various ligands. Long and short chain ligands were used in the experiment. The short chain ligands consist of butyric, hexanoic, octanoic acids. Long chains consist of dodecanoic, myristic, and palmitic acids. X-ray diffraction(XRD) was taken to investigate the crystal structure of the fabricated QDs. Moreover, ultra-violet spectroscopy(UV) and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL) were taken to analyze the absorbance and emission wavelength of the QDs.
