High dielectric performance of all-polymer nanocomposites induced by percolating polypyrrole nanoparticles |
초록 |
Polypyrrole(PPy)-polyimide(PI) core-shell nanoparticles have been successfully prepared using interfacial precipitation method. The fabricated core-shell nanoparticles showed high dielectric constant (K) over 300 at 10KHz and decreased conductivity due to insulating polyimide coating layers on PPy nanoparticles which play an important role of isolation of individual PPy particles and electric current path. The comparative investigation about simple mixing of PPy and PI particles revealed that core-shell structured hybrid particles was excellent to reduce the conductivity significantly as two or three order level while the dielectric constant was retained as high as 300 ~ 1000. |
