The purpose of this study is to develop a recyclable latex used for paper coating having a easy peel function to remove coated materials from the papers. With the Alkali Soluble Resinsolution enables the stencil paper delaminate from the coating layers making it possible to be recycled. Quantitative monomers and ASR solution were mixed in the reactor, the aqueous solution of the initiator was added in the reactor while the temperature of the system was kept at 70℃. After adding the initiator, the reactants were taken out of the reactor at regular intervals and then dried in an oven at 110℃ for 4hrs. The average diameter of the latex was found to be 100 ~ 200 nm, and it was found that the complete delamination of coating material occurred under alkali condition. |
