Composite membranes having highly sulfonated polymer induced graphene oxide (SATS-GO) for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) application |
초록 |
Sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) (SPAES)-based composite membranes having highly sulfonated polymer induced graphene oxide (SATS-GO) were fabricated as a polymer electrolyte membrane of fuel cells application. SATS-GO, a filler material, was prepared by the reaction of sulfonated poly(arylene thioether sulfone) (SATS) and graphene oxide (GO) at 50 ℃ in DMAc. As a benchmark sample, neat GO composite membrane was also prepared to study the effect of SATS-GO on the properties of the composite membrane. It was observed that composite membranes have higher physicochemical properties than the neat SPAES membrane. Especially, SPAES/SATS-GO-2.0 composite membrane showed the highest proton conductivity values of 4.63 mS cm-1 at 80 °C and 40% RH. |
