제목 Study on Morphology and Adhesion Properties of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive according to Curing Agents: Mono- and Di-acrylates
초록 Pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) are generally viscoelastic materials that can stick firmly to dissimilar substrates under the application of a light pulling force such as finger or hand pressure as well as a short contact time. Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives (acrylic PSAs) are easy to synthesize and the property of acrylic PSAs can be controlled by the type and ratio of acrylate monomers. In addition, in order to improve the properties of the acrylic PSA, the curing agents and additives are mixed with the acrylic PSAs to control the morphology and adhesive properties. In this study, we analyzed the morphology and adhesive properties of acrylic PSAs according to the type and content of curing agents such as mono- and di-acrylates. The morphology and adhesion properties of the acrylic PSA were analyzed by FT-IR, DSC, TGA, AFM, contact angle and peel tester to compare the properties of the curing agent, mono- and di-acryates, with the hydrophilicity and chain length.
