제목 Dissolution Behavior of Losartan Mixture Composed of Various Excipients
초록 The object of this study is to identify the dissolution behavior of losartan made by various excipients. Losartan mixtures were prepared by direct compression. Characterization of losartan mixtures was analyzed by using various equipments such as SEM, DSC, XRD and FT-IR. SEM was used to analyize the surface morphology of drug, excipients and loasartan mixture. FT-IR was used to demonstrate characterization of excipients and hydrogen bonding of losartan mixture between drug and excipients. The degree of crystallinity and melting point made by interatction was demonstrated by using DSC and XRD. In vitro dissolution behavior of losartan mixtures was experimented in simulated intestinal juice(pH 6.8) and this results were compared with commercial drug(Losarplus®). The dissolution rate of all control group were changed because of influence of excipients. This study suggests that the type of excipients added in mixture can effect the dissolution behavior and change dissolution rate of drug.
