제목 Photoelectrochemical polymerization of functionalized hole transport materials for the fabrication of the dye-sensitized photoanode
초록 In 1997, Yanagida et al. reported an iodine-free solid state DSSC using electrochemically polymerized pyrroles as a hole transport material (HTM) instead of the I_/I3_ solution in Z907-sensitized TiO2 electrodes. It was the first method to almost fill the polymeric HTM into mesoporous TiO2. After that, they introduced bis-EDOT as a HTM and they got 2.9 % of power conversion efficiency of cells. However, there was no HTMs to overcome this result. Here, we synthesized novel monomer having the functional group, two triethylene glycol monomethylether (TEG). It can be photoelectropolymerized on the dye-sensitized photoanode and expected higher efficiency of DSSC than that of bis-EDOT based one.
