제목 Design and Synthesis of π-Conjugated Polymers for Highly Efficient Organic Electronics
초록 Bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells (BHJ PSCs) and all-polymer solar cells (BHJ all-PSCs) have received great amount of interest in organic electronic applications due to their unique features such as flexibility, fine tuning of optoelectronic properties and large area application. We have developed two new series of fluorine containing π-conjugated polymers (P1-P3) and (NAP-1 and NAP-2). Especially, the fluorinated alkoxyphenylthiophene based 2D π-conjugated polymers (P1-P3) owns good compatibility with n-type polymers in all-PSCs and delivered a maximum PCE of 6.6% for P2 based devices in inverted all-PSCs. Additionally the second series of alkoxynapthylthiophene substituted benzodithiophene based 2D π-conjugated polymers NAP-1, NAP-2 which effectively foresee the usage of green solvents and delivered a maximum PCE of 6.3% for NAP-2 in conventional BHJ PSCs without any additional treatments.
