| 초록 | Thermal process allows the block copolymers to order or disorder at the directed condition such as balanced interfacial interaction and preferential attraction. Microdomain orientation of the block copolymer thin films was studied with GISAXS. Surface and full-depth structures on thin film were analyzed in terms of ordering kinetics. The film thickness change at transition on the block copolymers, observed in ellipsometry, was correlated with the scattering data. ([email protected]) |
