제목 A study on the efficiency and lifetime improvement of blue TADF devices through the introduction of a bipolar host in the mcp frame
초록 In this study, synthesis and evaluation were performed to improve the performance of blue organic light emitting diodes. In order to improve the efficiency and lifetime of the blue TADF device, as a host, mCP(1,3-bis(N​-carbazolyl)benzene) derivatives of 7 species, by introducing a nitrogen atom and a cyano group into the donor and acceptor units, the device efficiency and lifetime according to the bond dissociation energy and triplet exciton lifetime were evaluated. Introduction of the cyano group in to acceptor showed a decrease in the driving voltage and a maximum external quantum efficiency of up to 25.7%, and the lifetime increased by up to 5200% due to an increase in the bond dissociation energy and a decrease in the triplet exciton lifetime.​
