제목 | Highly pathogenic avian influenza virus detection sensor using an aptamer-based field-effect transistor |
초록 | We fabricated a label-free aptamer-based field effect transistor (FET) for AIV detection from chicken serum. HA protein aptamer specific binds to HA protein was used as the biomarker. The Aptamer is fixed to a Au microelectrode connected to the gate of the FET transducer. The binding of the target protein causes changes in the surface potential that produce a signal response from the FET transducer.
