제목 Highly Sensitive Graphene Field-Effect Transistor with Cytochrome C Conjugation for Detecting Hydrogen Peroxide
초록 As rapid and sensitive monitoring strategy to trace in vivo reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is getting significant. In this study, we demonstrated a sing layer graphene field-effect transistor (FET) sensor. Graphene was used as the conductive substrate material and cytochrome c (Cyt c) as the biomolecular receptor for H2O2 detection. This FET sensor shows high conductivity and high sensitivity with hole-transport behavior to H2O2 with detection limit of 100 fM in less than a second. Thus, this study suggests Cyt c/single-later graphene FET sensor can activate high-efficiency charge to transfer between the redox center of the Cyt c/graphene interface.
