제목 Development of organic - inorganic hybrid overcoating layer for flexible electrode and patterning of conducting polymer electrode by photolithography
초록 PEDOT:PSS has drawbacks that the properties can be controlled by contact of the atmospheric moisture or gas and cause a decline of the stability of electronic devices. For prevent to change of properties, another layer is needed. Inorganic layer has good mechanical property and block out atmosphere moisture or gas. But, it limits to use of the flexible electronic devices. Therefore, it supplements by providing flexibility adding organic material. In this work, organic–inorganic hybrid coating solution was fabricated by simple blending method. Tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was used as the inorganic and organic material, respectively. The overcoat layer was investigated surface characterization, optical and physical properties.
