Halide perovskite have been attracted various applications such as solar cells, LEDs and FETs. However, anti-solvent method, which has problems about kinetic control of thin-film formation, sensitivity on environmental condition and large area coating is generally adopted for fabricating perovskite thin films until now. To overcome the demerits of anti-solvent method, herein, we fabricated a perovskite paste for replacement of traditional solution method. A perovskite paste can exclude toxic solvents such as DMF, DMSO during the manufacturing process, and regular film formation is possible because solvent-assisted crystallization process is not required. Also, perovskite pastes provide easy access to traditional industrial methods such as screen printing, roll-to-roll and bar coating. To confirm the successful synthesis of perovskite paste, particle size distribution was measured by PSA and perovskite thin films fabricated by perovskite pastes were analyzed by IR, XRD, and SEM. |
