Recently, perovskite nanocrystals have being recognize as very attractive materials in optoelectronic device due to suitable properties such as high color purity, easy control of band-gap by simple mixing of components and so on. Moreover, by using nanocrystals, some properties solves that were not appropriate for certain devices such as long diffusion length, small binding energy. Hybrid perovskite nanocrystal can gain so easily by using inverse emulsion method. However, there is one problem that luminescence is significantly reduced or eliminated during thin film formation even it has very strong luminescence when in solution. For solving it, we experimented by controlling good/poor solvents ratio, as the result, we were able to produce a perovskite nanocrystal solution capable for a luminescence thin film. So, after optimizing the conditions, we will apply the solution to optoelectronic device, and we could expect more efficient route for fabrication perovskite nanocrystal layer. |
