제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Poly(alkyl carbazole silsesquioxane) as Hole Transport Materials
초록 The ladder-structured Poly(alkyl carbazole silsesquioxane) (PRCSQ) was synthesized by direct hydrolysis of 9-[3-(trichlorosilyl)alkyl]-9H-carbazole in H2O at 0~5 °C, followed by polycondensation reaction with DCC(N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiamide) in toluene at 45 °C~120 °C. Obtained product was then characterized to the molecular weight and the structure by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 29Si NMR, FT-IR, XRD and GPC. Electro-luminesence study for the hole transport property was examined by UV–vis and photo luminescence (PL) spectroscopy. References 1.
