제목 | Optimazing copolymerization of PDMS and PMFPS to control viscosity and content of fluoropropyl group |
초록 | Anionic copolymerization of 2,4,6-tris(3,3,3- trifluoropropyl)-2,4,6-trimethylcyclotrisiloxane (F3) with octamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D4) was conducted by using trimethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) as the initiator. The initiation began with the D4 and TMAH at 90 oC for 48 hr. The D4 and F3 were charged equipped with an argon gas inlet at 90 oC, and the mixture is added to 1,3-Divinyltetramethyldisiloxane (ViMMVi) and a seed which is obtained by product of initiation. The reaction is advanced for 3 hr. The ViMMVi limits the growth of polymer chain length and prevents the polymer to become a resin. the copolymer is controlled its fluoropropyl content form the pure PDMS to the pure PMFPS.
