Electrorheology properties of coated aniline particles by controlling concentration |
초록 |
In this study, we investigated Electrorheological properties of nonspherical doublet and spherical particles coated with polyaniniline. First, we prepared linear polystyrene by dispersion polymerization. And we synthesized nonspherical particles with 1wt% semi-IPN (semi-Interpenetrating Polymer Network) by seeded polymerization. And then we coated polyaniline on the nonspherical and spherical particles surface after surface modification for poly(styrenesulfonate). We adopted charge interactions between a negative of sulphuric acid and a positive of aniline for efficient coating on the surface of doublet particles and spherical particles. We investigated electrorheological properties of polyaniline coated doublet particles were improved. |
