제목 Synthesis and Optical pH-Sensing Properties of Push-pull Fluorophores based on 1,4-Dihydropyridin-4-ylidene
초록 To find new optical pH-sensing probes based on the fluorescence of dyes, we synthesized dihydropyridine-based push-pull conjugates possessing diethylaminosubstituent as an electron-donor and indenylidene-malononitril group as an electron-acceptor. Their absorption and emission properties are strongly dependent on pH in acidic aqueous environment. Such spectroscopic pH-sensing properties are attributed to the intramolecular electron transfer (ICT) mode.
