Polymer/mesoporous silica nanocomposite light-emitting diodes |
초록 |
The potential use of polymer light-emitting devices is restricted by their poor stability against oxygen and moisture as well as by their low quantum efficiency. In case of blue emission polymers, a major problem is the long wavelength tail in the emission spectra. To simultaneously solve these drawbacks, light emitting materials using the blue emitting polymer/MCM-41 nanocomposite with good barrier properties were prepared by blending poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene) with surface modified MCM-41 nanoparticles. The 3-dimensional nanocomposite film shows dramatic increased photo-stability and color purity, higher photoluminescence output when compared with the pure polymer film. |
