제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Mesoporous Silica using New Triblock Copolymer as Template under Acidic Condition
초록 We have designed and synthesized two new templates (P123-TA and P123-TA-F127) based on P123 and F127 utilizing multiple functionality of cyanuric chloride. Mesoporous silica materials were synthesized with varying molar composition of template, reaction temperature and reaction time. Mesoporous silica synthesized using the molar compositions of 1.0 TEOS : 2.15 X 10-3 ~ 1.30 X 10-2 P123-TA : 5.69 HCl : 5.56 X 104 H2O have 2D-hexagonal mesostructure (p6mm). Interestingly, the samples synthesized at 60 oC have cubic mesostructure (Im3m) with hexagonal plate morphology. Mesoporous silica synthesized using the molar compositions of 1.0 TEOS : 8.10 X 10-4 ~ 7.29 X 10-3 P123-TA-F127 : 5.69 HCl : 5.56 X 104 H2O showed cage-like cubic mesostructure (Im3m) with spheroid and polygon morphologies. With the increase of the reaction temperature, cage pore diameter of the sample increased from 50.3 Å to 73.1 Å while the entrance pore diameter (35.0 Å ~ 38.3 Å) changed a little.
