제목 The properties of H2S removal on the Zn-Ti-based sorbent prepared by co-precipitation
초록 Sulfur removing capacities and regeneration properties of Zn-Ti sorbents prepared by co-precipitation were tested in micro reactor at 1 atm and middle-temperature condition (sulfidation : 480oC, regeneration : 580oC) and their regeneration properties were investigated through a TPR (Temperature Programmed Regeneration) experiments. Their sulfur removing capacities showed the 95% of theoretical value even at initial cycles and no deactivation during multiple sulfidation and regeneration cycles. Complete regeneration of the sorbent was possible even at lower temperature than that of Zn-Ti sorbents prepared by simple physical mixing. The excellent sulfur removing capacity and regeneration properties of these sorbents were thought to be due to their structures and physical properties measured by using X-ray diffraction, BET and TEM images before/after H2S reaction, which were deeply related with preparation method.
