제목 Selective thermal reduction of graphene oxide thin films by Joule-heating of ionic liquids in microchannels
초록 We report selective thermal reduction of chemically derived graphene oxide (GO) thin film by usingmicrofluidic channel systems containing ionic liquids. Temperature inside the microchannel can be reached over 100ºC by applying AC electric field, due to Joule-heating of the ionic liquids. Then, GO thin film beneath the microchannels was reduced selectively. The micropatterns of reduced grapheme oxide (rGO) could be controllable by changing the size of microchannels and AC field intensity. We characterized the rGO micropatterns by means of Raman spectra and I-V measurement. This method is facile manner and environment-friendly process.
