제목 Monte-Carolo simulation study of the photo charge generation process in doped photorefractive polymer films
초록 Photo charge generation process has been investigated in theoretical simulation method and experimental study to improve the optical and photophysical properties of photoconducting polymers. Although the Onsager model of geminate recombination had been frequently employed to describe the process of free charge generation, it has somewhat limitations to account for the role of charge transfer (CT) complex in doped photorefractive polymers. To circumvent these limitations in this study, the Braun’s kinetic model has been adapted in Monte-Carlo simulation method to show the field and temperature dependence of the photo charge generation efficiency. The simulation results would be presented in comparison with those of other theoretical investigations.
