In this work, Atractylodes japonica has traditionally been used for the treatment of water retention in the body. This effect is control of pain and treatment of arthritis, anti-imflammatory activity, modulates the intestinal immune system. From the result, the 100% water extraction solvent that applied dipping and extraction time 4hr, at 25 ºC. In the three major compounds Atractylenolide (I), Atractylenolide (II) and Atractylenolide (III) compounds in Atractylodes japonica were simultaneous analysis, identified and quantified by RP-HPLC. These results will from a database for investigating the constituents of natural products and the resources of pharmaceutical, nutrition and cosmetic products. |
