Since nanocellulose has excellent strength, modulus, lightness, and thermal stability, it has been widely utilized for composites, electronics, sensors, papers, coatings, films, aerogels, health care, additives, etc. In this research, a series of carboxymethylated nanocellulose(CNC)-based composite films with reduced graphene oxide (RGO) were prepared by a facile casting and following heat-treatment. The optical transparency, gas permeability, thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties of CNC composite films were investigated in terms of structural features and RGO contents. For comparison, CNC composite films with graphene oxide (GO) were also fabricated, and their structure and properties were characterized. |
